As a food allergy parent, I know what it is like to be in control of managing food allergies from the safety and comfort of our own homes and kitchens, and how hard it is to trust others to provide safe meals. College is a time of many transitions, and for a food allergy student, it is so important to attend a college where you can eat safely without worry and to be able to have as normal college experience as possible. Doing your homework and being prepared – just like always bringing your auto-injector and medications with you – will pay off! This course will equip you with the necessary information and skills to navigate the college search process with food allergies.
